Booking Terms & Conditions
The following terms apply to all bookings with Panos Antoniou Weddings. Please read carefully before confirming your reservation.
Booking & Deposit
- For Makeup & Hair services, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking.
- For Wedding Planning services, a 40% non-refundable deposit is required.
- The deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to a new date, subject to availability.
Payment
- For weddings, the remaining balance is due 21 days prior to the event or during the pre-wedding meeting.
- For makeup & hair services, the balance is due on the wedding day or the day before.

Cancellations
- Cancellations made more than 8 months before the event: no additional charge beyond the deposit.
- Cancellations made less than 8 months before the event: 75% of the total amount is due.
- Last-minute cancellations: 100% of the total amount is due.
Delays
Client delays may affect the schedule and final results.
Travel Fees
Additional travel fees may apply depending on location.
Team Assignment
Services are provided either by Panos Antoniou or by our trusted collaborators, maintaining the same high standard of quality.
